Information for Presenters

Episode Assignment:

Authors were emailed their episode assignment. If you have a conflict on the day of your assigned episode, please send an email to dynamicwalking2021@gmail.com. Some have said that emails are going into their junk mail/spam folder, so be sure to check there for any information that may have been sent to you.

Registration:

All authors must register for the conference. You can register here.

Formatting your poster:

The following poster format is required so that all posters work well in the SpatialChat environment:

  • Posters should be 30x30 in. with minimum size 26 font

  • Posters should be saved as an image (png, jpeg) for upload into SpatialChat

  • You will be able to upload videos (via YouTube, Twitch, or Vimeo) into SpatialChat, but they must fit within the bounds of your poster (i.e. you should leave an open spot on your poster to insert your video)

Submitting your poster:

Prior to presenting at the conference, authors must submit their poster to dynamicwalking2021@gmail.com. Posters need to be submitted 3 days prior to the conference so that they can be uploaded to the website. The deadlines for poster submission are:

  • Episode 1: May 17 @ 1:00 PM EDT

  • Episode 2: June 8 @ 1:00 PM EDT

  • Episode 3: July 12 @ 1:00 PM EDT

On the day of the poster session, authors will be responsible for upload their own poster in SpatialChat.
